Reasonable yet?

So I get an email special from textlinkbrokers about their permanent link program which gives the following prices:

10 New Links Per Month - $200 ($20 per link)
15 New Links Per Month - $285 ($19 per link)
20 New Links Per Month - $360 ($18 per link)
*For those of you who would like 50 or more links I can provide you with additional discounts!!!

I tell them that I'll do 50/month for 12.00/link. They respond with their "special" 16.00/link, the same that I'd pay if I bought 30/month. And considering that they pay 5.00 for each link and want 50 cents/link/month to monitor these "permanent links", it's hard to see how this is an efficient way to buy links.

And this is why you are broke with a blog that has no readers and why we have 40 people working for us and over 4000 active clients, including several Fortune 500 companies and 2 of the top 10 internet retailers.

You should spend less time criticizing other people businesses and more time thinking about your own.

And just so your information is correct. We dont charge to monitor your links until after 2 years.

I guess my last responce to you also went unheard as well, since you still think that we only pay $5 per link. We only pay $5 per link for low quality sites like the one you submitted to us.

Get over it dude.

Jarrod, no offense is meant but a comment like that coming from what is supposed to be a "professional" company seems rather crude and unprofessional.

Yeah Yeah.

I don't see why you don't just shut up and get on with it.

You're a joke, and always will be.

Wow Jarod, you're a bastard. Why don't you crawl back in the hole you came from then take your superior attitude and shove it up your ass.

Did you sell links via textlinkbrokers? I want to register but don't like their commission rate. Thanks!

Hi James,

Hope things are well. Could you please remove the post above that tells you to "shut up"? Although you had originally furiated me by your comments, I would never tell you to shut up.

They could have at least spelled my name correctly if they were going to misrepresent me.

Thanks.

Hey James,

I went back through your site to find the original post that originally got me so upset. http://www.buy-links.com/archives/001336.html

I wanted to post it here so that there was at least some context of why I flipped my lid.

I noticed that It is full of spammers making comments. Which is what it looks like happened with the guy above that claimed to be me and told you to shut up.

Is there anyway you could lock down your blog so anyone couldnt just post anything, and use anybodys name doing it?
